Installation of Raised Platforms on Buzon Pedestals ( Factories )

The Buzon Pedestal (P2 to P12 or the new pedestal DPH5) can be used with paving slabs of
different sizes and shapes for raised platforms inside buildings and industrial facilities.

The procedures for installation are definied by the research departments and/or architect's office, designer.
Buzon Pedestals (P2 to P12) can be installed with or without separation spacer (Tabs).

To lay large platforms or duckboards in Polyfib Fiberglass Polyester, these can be affixed
on the head of the Pedestal using screws or bolts.
In fact, the head of the pedestal is provided with 8 holes  of Ø 8 mm.

Feature:
Screwjack pedestals are manufactured by injection moulding of thermoplastic polyester saturated and mixed with fibreglass, ( also in Polypropylene ).  The Buzon fiberglass polyester pedestal supports very heavy loads (greater than polypropylene pedestal).  They have a very high mechanical resistance and good electrical properties.

Application:
The Buzon Fibreglass Polyester Pedestals have been designed to meet the problems posed by corrosion in industrial facilities.  They can be used both indoors and outdoors.  These pedestals withstand atmospheric, electrolytic and chemical erosion. Use of the Buzon Pedestals is particularly recommended in the petro-chemical, paper pulping, metal processing, oil and offshore industries. The Buzon Fibreglass Polyester Pedestal and "DPH5" Buzon pedestal are often used with POLYFIB paving slabs or grates in fibreglass-reinforced polyester for technical platforms.
"Buzon" Pedestal and "POLYFIB" grates are mainly used in the following industries:
