The 3 standard pedestal tops ( P2, P3, P4 ) can have this different thickness of tabs - or are available without tabs.
The P1 is only available with 4 mm tabs.

The millimetric adjustment of the head of the pedestal or the coupling ( coupler ) is limited in height to the
appearance of the safety cutaway slot.
Once the safety cutaway slot is visible and a greater adjustment has to be made, a larger pedestal
should be used. ( pedestal P2 to P12 ).
