Located on the banks of the River Thames, Fulham’s London stadium has been transformed into a six‑level destination that extends far beyond its sporting purpose. The development now features enhanced pitch‑side seating, a boutique hotel, a state-of-the-art spa, a private members club with a rooftop bar, premium dining options, flexible meeting and event spaces, and an entertainment floor that includes a cinema and sports bar.

The striking architectural design makes the most of its riverside setting, incorporating generous balconies and roof terraces that offer sweeping views over the Thames and encourage both supporters and visitors to enjoy the unique surroundings.

The Outdoor Deck Company was appointed to deliver a series of external terraces and walkways, including 1,200 m² of Bamboo X-treme decking along the riverside promenade, and 100 m² of Silvadec Cayenne composite decking for the level-one balcony at Brasserie Constance. With double grip strips added to the Bamboo X‑treme boards and the inherent commercial-grade slip resistance of Silvadec, both materials are perfectly suited to high-traffic public areas. The installation also involved integrated service access points to reach the infrastructure beneath the deck.

All decking areas were supported using the Buzon DPH pedestal system, chosen for its built-in slope correction, high load capacity, and ability to elevate the deck above essential services. This was particularly important for the promenade, which must accommodate both static and mobile food trucks.
