Buzon’s legacy of innovation
and sustainability
More than 35 years ago, Claude Buzon revolutionised terrace support systems by founding Buzon Pedestal International. Since then, the company has been a pioneer in enhancing outdoor spaces with innovation and eco-conscious designs. In 1997, Buzon received the silver medal for innovation at the Batimat trade fair in Paris, recognized for its revolutionary and user-friendly slope correction system simplifying installation and significantly reducing the time of application.
Today, Buzon pedestals are trusted and used in some of the world’s most iconic architectural projects, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the Petronas Towers KLCC in Malaysia, The Shard in London, and the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resorts in Singapore.
In Japan, the products have been featured in landmark projects such as the Tokyo Skytree, the Five-Storied Pagoda of the Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, Ginza Sony Park, and Roppongi & Azabudai Hills. These prestigious sites underscore Buzon’s ability to deliver high performance solutions that support both modern and traditional designs.
Every year, the Buzon pedestals are installed globally in large-scale projects, all driven by a shared vision of innovation and sustainability. The focus remains on developing highly adaptable products that contribute to the environmental well-being of construction projects.
